"Jeff was great in his communication, tips, advice, and local information that he shared with us prior to our check-in. This was very helpful, and I only wish we had more time to have explored the area more, but we were taking a weekend course at Wheaton Arts. The home was just as pictured, well stocked, tastefully decorated, and everything was really wonderful. Perfect for the girls' weekend that we had! Will definitely return. Thanks for being great hosts! "

"So much better than a motel! This was perfect for my husband and I to stay while visiting family! Nice little living room area, full kitchen with everything you need, beautiful view and super nice hosts! The place was spotless, quiet neighborhood, short drive to shopping. Would definitely stay here again! There is only parking for one car, and not really any additional parking in the neighborhood so only bring one car. Thanks to our hosts for a wonderful stay!"

"My family and I had the best time at the Outrange. The house is super cool. But the access to hiking, kayaking and even goats made it perfect. Ben is super good at communication. He responded to any of my questions quickly. I can't say enough about it. Just a really lovely property. "

If you enjoy cooking away from home, it may be helpful to know the following - and this is in no way a negative - just may be helpful to know that there is no traditional range or oven (there is one electric hotplate, but it took a very long time to boil water); Useful appliances that were helpful is a Toaster Oven, Blender, AirFryer, Microwave...

"My family and I rented this property for our daughter's University of Delaware graduation week. We knew it was 40 minutes from campus but wanted a nice place for our family to stay while we were in town. The house is spotless. Cutely decorated.
