"My only complaint is the elevator is located over 1000 ft from the parking garage, and if your room is close to the garage that's 2000 ft you have to walk to get to your room, other that that the rooms are very nice once you get to it."

"We booked two rooms and the first room had someone in it. We had to go back to the front. Line was long at that time. Both of our rooms were moved to a different floor so we could check in. The bathroom sink was not draining well. The pizza we ordered was 100% nasty. The dough was not fully cooked. We just didn’t go back to get food anymore from there. Parking at night is crazy so don’t plan on leaving much. However it’s great to accommodate larger groups because of the space,"

"This was my third stay at this property. First visit was fine…last two, not so much. The units smell like old, stale cigarettes. There was what appeared to be dried fecal matter on a washcloth upon our arrival (presumed to be “clean” as it was with the other clean towels). Front desk staff are never friendly, and the person who gives you the parking permit also hounds you about their timeshare presentation and will be super rude and condescending if you decline.
There are definitely better...
