"The front desk, cleaning and breakfast staff were all exceptionally kind, polite and efficient. We loved the Hotel and the vibe. The breakfast was delish & presented lovely, and the coffee was so good!! We have 2 comments : 1)the hide a bed mattress was horrible, thin with no support. Our son slept on top of the couch instead because it was at least firm 2) the cigarette butts littered all over the front entrance and the front flower bed made this property look like a cheap place. "I was pleasantly surprised by this property! Check-in staff was awesome and he lived on the lower level and was super helpful and friendly! He walked us up to our room to make sure we knew how to work the entry code. The room was super clean, updated, fresh towels and complimentary water and snacks!! Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable as well - I had a really good night sleep! I would definitely stay here again!"

"I had an excellent stay. All the way from the desk clerks, breakfast attendants, and housekeepers they provided superb service. The hotel was well maintained inside and outside and no type of debris lying anywhere. The food was excellent and the breakfast attendants had such lively and glowing personalities. All employees gave outstanding service and made me feel welcome with their warmth, being attentive, and made me feel valued as a customer and a person. It was a pleasure to stay here."
