"Great stay, lovely staff."

"The location was great for seeing the castle and the old town. The decor is tired and could use a little attention. The breakfast was okay. They could use an additional coffee machine as the wait for a cup of coffee was quite long."

"Reception staff were very friendly, our room was ready, despite only being just before 2pm. Great location right in the heart of the town centre. Walking distance to almost everything. The Kingsgate shopping centre is just a stoll away, albeit uphill. There is a wide selection of bars close by. The Alhambra Theatre is only about a 10 minutes walk away. Breakfast in the morning was lovely. Not a buffet, but you can have your choice of cooked items. The toaster was a joy, a single turn through the...

"Staff were very helpful and keen to serve us. The two guys who looked after us went above and beyond. When I asked about leaving a gratuity on the card payment they advised it will take some time for them to see any of it. Is that correct?"

Perfect location for attending events at the OVO or just a 30 minute walk to city center. The hotels famous Sky bar was perfect for relaxing and having a few drinks."
