"I requested a quiet room but was given a street facing room that was so noisy. I know it's NYC and you can expect some street noise, but this was not a normal level. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds, but the sound from the street really put me off and would make me think twice before booking again. "

The location is a major highlight—about a 5-minute walk to the train and an easy 15-minute walk to both SoHo and the West Village, which made getting around really convenient. The room felt spacious by New York standards, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with soft, cushy white pillows.
