Great Location

The floors were really dirty when we arrived. I had to clean the entire unit. The air conditioner is very loud. The location was wonderful! Close to everything. The unit had everything we needed, washer and dryer, pool toys, kitchen utensils.

Getting away from the cold north!!

We were displaced from Ft. Meyers Beach & we found this condo on siesta key very nice, perfect for our kids & grandchildren. A wonderful surprise to find all the things we needed to go the beach in our locker!!

Always Amazing Siesta Key

Beautiful three weeks with spectacular weather in March! Loved the pools with warm welcoming residents and other guests. No personnel in the office for our Saturday check in which was a bit challenging but we were able to utilize the email directions and codes to successfully enter our unit.

Lovely Building

The condo was clean. The other owners and tenants in the building are friendly. The management company is excellent and resolved all the minor issues that we had immediately- even after hours. It has a beautiful pool, marina and common area by the intercostal. The shuttle stops are very close. There are grills available to use near the pool deck. The only drawbacks are minor- they is no outdoor space adjacent to the condo (we knew that before we rented) the condo is dark but adequately lighted with lamps, the pool can get very crowded in the afternoon, and the building does not have direct or private access to the beach. The nearest beach access is the public beach which is about .5 miles from the condo- but there is plenty of free parking available at the public beach. Overall it is a very nice rental.

Transparency

We had a great time in Siesta Keys and the pools were great. Our grandkids loved the smaller pool. We were not told when asked before we booked if there was and damage to the building from Ian, they said no. But found out when we checked in that the sauna, workout room and lounge area was closed for renovations. Our kitchen faucet didn’t have hot water and the maitance guy came to check it out but said the owner would have to ok to put a new one in, but the owner never pled it until the day we left 2 weeks later. Very inconvenient not to have hot water for 2 weeks. Then the washer didn’t work and the owner didn’t ok someone to come fix the washer until the day we left.

Great location

4 blocks from siesta key beach. Nice pool onsite. Grills on site were a big plus. Had t.v. problems but they replaced cable boxes. A few problems with one shower, cold water only for 3 days , second week. Overall, great place, would stay here again. Enjoyed playing pool on first floor. Catching a bus out front to go to village was a big plus.
