"Wanted a place where we could walk to the water - from this condo to the water edge is only 7 min. We enjoyed the pools - this place had a family friendly vibe. The beach was not crowded and found a fair amount of shells. The condo kitchen is well stocked (although the listing said there was a Keurig - it was in the cupboard above fridge with sign that said don't use) but there was a Mr Coffee drip maker. "The accommodations were perfect!! We were there for a tropical rain storm and were able to enjoy it from the covered balcony. After it passed we were steps away from the beach. Location was perfect. We rented a goft cart to take us to the Siesta Village, only 6 minutes away. Lots of great restaurants and entertainment! We will definitely be back!!!"

"Perfect location! Condo was perfect for four of us ladies. Beds were very comfortable. The condo had eight beach towels, four nice beach chairs and an umbrella with a wagon to haul rberything to the beautiful beach right across the street."

"We were just down to SK last week and stayed at this property. It was perfect for us! The neighborhood is beautiful with nice amenities. We loved taking walks nightly around the the walking trail. In the mornings, we loved that we were close enough to jog down to a little area that had coffee shops, and two yummy places to grab breakfast. The one was called toasted mango cafe and the other was a quick crab for acai bowls, smoothies, and or coffee. We enjoyed both. There was a little gift shop...

"Property was quaint but accommodating. We had everything we needed and a few extras. Everything was clean and functional, minus one of the foldable beach chairs (should be replaced), but again those were a bonus. Very walkable to local dining and shops. "

"The place was really nice! We had a great time here. The master bathroom shower wasn’t working when we got there, BUT we called maintenance and they showed up in less than 30 mins to fix it!! We’ve stayed in a few units in Our House At The Beach and never regret it. It’s a great location for the beach and village."

"La estadía del apartamento estuvo excelente muy buenas condiciones , la limpieza excelente . Solo que a la hora de salir escuché una mujer decir por un radio que revisaran todo el apartamento porque nos podíamos llevar algo ! Rente esta propiedad para pasar una noche con mis hijos y mi familia ambos quedamos así como que dijo waoooo pagamos esta propiedad para escuchar esto de nosotros estuvo feo esto , me sentí mal que esta persona se refiriera a nosotros así nos hemos quedado en apartamentos...
