"Poor room service, doesn’t keep up to the Novotel name and international standards. 1st day- went into a room without towels provided. Had to call the housekeeping thrice before they even sent 2 towels. Believe that provision towels should be automatic when every guest check-in. Torn bedsheets provided and the bed keep moving as the wheels won’t stuck on the floor.
