"While the room was small (probably normal size for Tokyo hotels), it was very clean and extremely well laid-out so it didn’t feel particularly crowded. The hotel is located in an excellent location within easy walking distance of two different subway stations and multiple convenience stores. It’s also very close to Kabukicho and Ni Chome, but is located on a quieter street so you’ll still be able to sleep at night without noise. "

"The room was clean but there was not much room to put any luggage. The staff was all very nice and the area is very walkable despite not being central. I wish the amenities like the bar downstairs was open later. "

The room was much smaller than I expected, this room would be good for one person with minimal luggage. It was extremely tight for 2 people and 2 bags. The area surrounding the hotel is full of lots of nightlife. It is a good location fairly close to Shinjuku station."

"Property was great with way access to metro station. Clean and modern. Staff was friendly and overall a very nice place. The only drawback was the matchbox size rooms. Even by Japanese standards it seemed tiny. Otherwise 5 star"
