"Stayed here before a very early international flight from Terminal 3 (Hotel lobby is on departures level (behind O check in desks) - check in was automated on arrival and therefore we didn’t have any interaction with any staff, however, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet - perfect!
Black out blinds were ideal and they also provided PJ’s and slippers, neither of which we used but a lovely touch.
I would definitely recommend if you need an airport hotel, it was absolutely ideal!! "

"The rooms are a little dated, but not so much that it makes it bad. The convince of the airport shuttles, the decent price and the friendly staff was well worth the stay. We missed our train and came in late and they had no problems getting us checked in quickly. They even upgraded us to the royal king suit which was thoughtful and beautiful. "

これは仕方がないことですが、宿泊客が多いのでエレベーターの登り降りに時間がかかってしまう事が少ししんどかったかなと思いました。地下の大浴場に降りた際、タオルを忘れた事に気付いて取りに行かないといけなかった時に風呂場にタオルが置いてあればいいのになとは思いました。
食事無しの宿泊にしたのですが、駅の近くにカフェやお蕎麦屋さんがあったので朝散歩がてら食べに行ったり出来たのも良かったです。"

"Nice new hotel near temple. Great facilities, nice onsen, friendly employees. The busy area makes it more difficult to transport luggage by hand. I experienced higher prices for food Im the area due to tourists. This is not the hotels fault. The Asakusa station entrance with an elevator is difficult to find and about 8-900 meters away.
Onsen can become busy at certain times especially on holiday when hotel is full.
