"Sakura cross hotel had exceeded our expectations even before we had gotten into our rooms. The staff was very friendly had helpful, and they were kind enough to put our luggage into our room for us. Going into the room, we were all surprised at how big it was as well as how unique the architecture was. "I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s very clean and family-friendly, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout our visit. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a short stay for a family of four. "Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Easy location to get to from the airport since the hotel is connected to the TCAT terminal. This is my first time in Tokyo and I'm happy with the convenient location of the hotel. Access to the Z line subway can be found in the hotel's lower level. This made it easy to get around Tokyo for sightseeing. The buffet breakfast is also very good. There's no coin laundry machine on site but we found one 5 minutes walking distance away. Quite for a good nights sleep and good location for things nearby, however might be a little bit far out depending on what you're visiting so you spend a bit of time on the subway. The table in the room was also too big and woulve been good to fold away because it made the room feel a bit cramped. Otherwise comfortable enough. "
