"We booked this home for a birthday weekend and had such a great time! The lake view was absolutely stunning. It was the best part of the stay. We lucked out with perfect weather and enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. The house itself was clean and comfortable, and Lisa, the owner, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She even surprised me with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Beautiful location and funky but fun and comfortable old cabin. Dock access to the lake is awesome for swimming and boating if you bring your own gear. We brought two inflatable stand up paddle boards and it worked out great.Kitchen is well enough equipped, standard stuff for a rental, nothing fancy but functional. Electric grill on the deck worked better than I thought it might at first glance.Kim was super helpful and very responsive to any and all questions before and during our stay.No...

"The boat was very inviting, clean and equipped with a nice coffee press, plush towels and plenty of dishware for a relaxing stay.The boat presented very well and had comfortable beds and linens for a sound and rejuvenating sleep.The location was ideal with parking onsite and plenty of shops, restaurants and breweries nearby within walking distance.I look forward to return visits in the near future, this as the Shamrockin is a special place."

"Very Comfortable with a well appointed Kitchen. Excellent view of Hood Canal and occasional glimpses of mountains through the fog and clouds. Would recommend visiting the Union Visitor Center for good information about the sites and activities in the area. We enjoyed a few hikes to waterfalls and dinner of Oysters and Dungenese crabs. "We had never been glamping before; this getaway must be the perfect example of it! Every need was anticipated and met. The "cabin" is easy to get to, but feels miles away from the world. "My wife and I got away for a long weekend after being kid-free. We brought kayaks and wanted to explore the area. We enjoyed the location very much, with easy access to Hoodsport and Hama Hama. The access to the water wasn't as easy as we hoped, but the fact that there's a little county park in front of the house did work out for us. "We really lucked out with this. Brillianr place. Only hiccup was trying to find it as sat nav misdirected us. In the end Bonnie drove out to find us which was really kind. Would recommend looking for the sign for Pack Rat Pat’s which is on the same turn off. Really good facilities, comfy beds, great shower, nice big kitchen (dishwasher, air fryer, big stove and fridge freezer, coffee maker), veranda with BBQ and views of the cows. Nice friendly dogs that come to greet you as you arrive. "

"Amazing little Gem near Gig Harbor! We had a wonderful stay! The first night we arrived very late. It was pouring down rain and dark outside. We were able to find the place very easily and once in it was very cozy. There is a little door that opens up to the forest and was really peaceful listening to the rain all night.
