"Had to go ask to get towels, twice. Then when I got them it was only towels no rags. Then I had to go ask for a trash bag so I could take my trash out, this was day 2 of 3. "we just went late to sleep and woke up to check out. room was good and clean. bed was good. bathroom and amenities were good. the lights didnt work at first, but when i called the front desk the agent advised to reset the breaker. it was good after that. the fridge also froze our water bottles but ..."
