"This was my first time visiting Ohio and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The room was incredible, spacious and had everything I needed. It’s a short drive to Westlake for shopping and additional food options. It’s quiet and close to the interstate but not so close that you can hear traffic. "breakfast was fantastic! Lock on my door didn't work but was fixed as soon as possible. Tub was slow to drain and had to report. Toilet seemed to leak into the tank all night. Curtain was torn. Beds were very, very soft. Didn't clean my room as far as making beds or sweeping. Associated were very nice and helpful, but I've stayed at this motel varies times and this is the worst experience. The people are great and will fix things as soon as reported."

"An uncomfortable stay. We booked a room for 2, but there was only one chair of any kind in the room. Toilet seat would not stay up; so for the man, urinating was an exercise in keeping the seat up with one knee while trying to aim well. Breakfast was minimal: no better than what you'd expect at a $60-a-night place. We would not go back to this place."

"Facility is nice, but there isn't much nearby except for a McDonald's. However, a 10 min. drive away is Avon Commons with a variety of food and shopping options. The biggest drawback is that the road access to the hotel is blocked at rush hour by drivers coming from the Avon Commons area who are trying to get on the freeway."

"The room was clean except there was water all in the coffee tray thing. It obviously had leaked out and no one cleaned around it or refilled it because they would have seen all the water."

"Hotel is dated but not bad. Staff was nice friendly lady at the front counter. Weird smell in the lobby but not too bad. Took the elevator to the second floor where our room was and when the doors opened I was taken back by the suffocating smell of cigarettes and fried chicken. If we stayed two nights I probably would have picked up a can of febreeze and left it for them. Our room wasn’t bad, the couch was taped together and there was still a stale chicken/cigarette smell but it was manageable....
