"清潔で快適な宿です。 ホステルにとってシャワールームやトイレの清潔さは、客層や管理体制を測る上で一つの指標となりますが、この宿は清掃がよく行き届いており清潔さが保たれている印象を持ちました。 またここにはホステル特有の変わったルールもありません。宿泊する上で必要な事はチェックイン時に寝具を受け取り、チェックアウト時に所定の場所へ返却するだけです。 スタッフもフレンドリーで受付のZeLiさんはとても親切でした。 立地もすこぶる良く、外灘まで明るく広い目抜通りをゆっくりと歩いて行く事が出来ます。最寄りの地下鉄駅も徒歩5分圏内にあります。 上海でドミトリーに泊まろうと考えている人になら誰にでも、この宿をおすすめしたいと思います。"

"從一進門辦理check-in 開始，就感受到Westin 的用心跟服務。房間大，挺乾淨的，備品不夠跟服務人員說就會補齊。禮賓人員有問必答，熱情。 第四個晚上回房間時，原本在房間的房卡不見，沒能給予及時說明原因，有些緊張。Check-out 時，有跟櫃台再次詢問，有給予回應及致歉。 總而言之，是一次愉快的住宿體驗。"

"I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. There is a personal touch to this boutique hotel. It is close by to Nanjing Pedestrian street without the hustle and bustle of the shopping street . It is also extremely close to a metro exit (within 2 mins walk) and next to a huge mall. The room is clean and extremely spacious for 1 to 2 people stay. The bathroom is excellent with separate shower and toilet and a bathtub as well. I would definitely consider staying in this hotel again. "

"Room was spotless and the staff were very polite and went out of their way to help whenever possible. Breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of different cuisines. Location is on the Bund and it doesn’t get better than that. Many shopping malls nearby and historic attractions are just a short walk away. Besides its rich cultural heritage and history, I highly recommend staying here for its convenience and excellent service."

"We always stay at Green Court Residence whenever we visit Shanghai and are always satisfied. We choose this property for its location, complimentary washing machines and dryers at laundry room even if some types of rooms do not have washing machine. Reception staffs are able to speak English and hotel staffs are friendly. Thank you for giving us an upgraded room for our recent stay. It was great! Looking forward to visit soon."
