"I liked how the staff was very friendly and helpful.They helped us to communicate via a translator and to get taxis to and from the airport pre and post cruise.Also they recommended a laundromat for us to wash our clothes and helped us to get the clothes their as well.Very nice people.The hotel was also very clean and it is close to the shopping area on Nanging road and many restaurants.Will stay their again."

"The hotel was perfect on almost every front except for their climate control. We found the room quite warm as although AC was controlled centrally and the room temp was constantly around 25C. We did not expect that we will need to open the windows to cool down the room for a hotel of this caliber. The staff were kind enough to supply a fan"

We had an issue caused by Expedia, but the hotel team was able to resolve it quickly, especially after Expedia customer service was not helpful at all. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around the city.
