Welcome to Coconut Walk, a luxuriously gated oceanfront estate directly on Seven Mile Beach with a private pool, spectacular beachfront, watersports equipment, and dedicated guest services.

This magnificent home has been redecorated by Grand Cayman's premier interior decorator, Design Studio, and has been featured in a number of local magazines.

The vacation experience for our Luxury Platinum Collection villas begins with a group airport greeting by a professional chauffeur and a 28-seat mini-coach (7-night min stay required). Our on-island hospitality team can coordinate the delivery of your rental vehicles to the villa in advance. The villa's driveway has plenty of off-street and covered parking for 4-5 vehicles.

Located only 15 minutes from the airport, the heavily landscaped winding driveway guides you into the estate and welcomes you to an oasis you may never want to leave.

The Spanish-tiled two-story villa measures 7,400 square feet indoors and offers another 3,000 square feet of outdoor living space. Plenty of off-street and undercover parking is provided.

A covered lanai overlooks the pool and barefoot white-sandy beach. The pool area sits back from the beach and is elevated sufficiently to offer privacy from any passersby.

Of all of our villas, this particular property offers the celebrity or privacy-seeking guest what they cannot have while staying at the Ritz-Carlton, Kimpton Seafire, or other luxury villas in the Cayman Kai area. No one will know you are here unless you tell them yourself.

The villa can sleep 16 adults, or 18 guests in total.

FIRST FLOOR

-- South Wing has a music room with a grand piano, a large game room with a pool table, wet bar, and foosball table, plus a full bath, laundry room with double units, and lower level garden bedroom.

-- The south stairs lead only to the south suites and the north stairs lead only to the north wing master suite and bedrooms. It is a great configuration for two families or for dividing the house into adult and teen areas.

***OUTDOORS***
-- The covered porch, grand salon, music room, and game room are all open to the pool and entertaining areas on the beach.
-- Large freshwater heated pool ringed with double-chaise loungers, tables, chairs, and stairs to the sandy beach.
-- Foot showers, 2 hammocks, and water toys are stored around the pool deck.
-- Multiple dining tables and chairs may be paired together under the cabana roof to offer lanai seating for 14-18 guests.
-- Palm trees for shade on either side of the beach, as well as heavy landscaping and a rope fence for privacy.
-- Children's treehouse on the front side of the property.

***Services***
-- Airport greeting and transportation on arrival and departure (7-night stay required).
-- 3 hours of light housekeeping, three times a week excluding holidays (7-night stay required). Weekend housekeeping can be added for an additional cost.
-- Guest services for pre-arrival planning for excursions, grocery delivery, and reservations.
-- Luxury bathrobes, blankets, and luggage racks in each bedroom.
-- On-island manager for maintenance requests and local recommendations.
-- In-villa chefs, cooks, servers, masseuses, and yoga instructors are available for private hire.
-- The homeowner is open to hosting destination weddings and private events with up to 70 invited guests. Owner approval is required on a case-by-case basis. An event fee and a refundable event deposit will apply. Please inquire about your event dates and details.

*Note: A Cleaning Fee is included due to enhanced cleaning, sanitation, and inspection protocols.
**Additional kayaks and stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) are available for discounted rental. A signed waiver is required.
***The owner will consider and must approve any destination weddings or events on a case-by-case basis. Separate fees and deposits will apply.

***Rate Details***
-- 13% Occupancy Tax added to all rates.
-- 12.90% Service Fee is added to all rates.
-- 3.50% Admin Fee added to all rates.
-- A Departure Cleaning Fee is added to all rates.
-- Owner requires a $2,500 refundable damage deposit for all stays.
-- The refundable deposit will be processed 30 days prior to arrival and released back to the card provided 7 days after departure pending any damages.

Coconut Walk is gorgeous! Housekeeping wonderful.

Basically the Villa is fantastic - the only downside was the very loud noise of the construction right next door that went on all day long. When that new house is built, that noise should go away . The beach at that end of the island is what they call “boggy sand” - you sink into it as you’re trying to get into the ocean. It’s a bit of a challenge, but we got used to it. The management was very responsive to our needs and always tried to help us out with any issue.

Amazing Vacation Home

This is a beautiful Estate home and provided a really relaxing vacation setting. The home is well maintained and provides both a private well manicured lawn on the front and a private pool and beach on the back. Both are amazing but the private beach on the back is to die for. The house is incredible, the decor is perfect and clearly they designed the house to maximize the views as you have a beautiful view of the ocean from almost everywhere in the house. The reservation process was easy and both Scott and Jim at Grand Cayman Villas made sure everything was taken care of with zero hassle. One of the owners David met us at the home to welcome us and was very gracious in showing us around and sharing the history of the home. David's wife Michelle grew up in the home and she wrote a little bit about the history of the home in the Welcome Book they provide that also lists all the homes amenities, etc. We look forward to going back again and would easily recommend this home to anyone.
