Migjorn Cel is a magnificent 2-storey apartment that enjoys an unbeatable location on the beachfront, a few steps from the sandy beach of Cala Galiota and the pier with regular departures to the island of Cabrera, as well as close to the famous beach of Es Trenc. Accommodating 4 people in 2 spacious rooms, this apartment offers completely new interiors (with every comfort) along with the unique advantage of a truly oceanfront location: you'll feel like you can touch the sea from your balcony! With all the necessary amenities within walking distance, a car isn't essential.

The apartment is located on the first and second floors of a house facing the sea, has its own separate entrance and has been completely renovated in 2019 making extensive use of the latest techniques and accessories. From every room, guests can enjoy the most spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the island of Cabrera in the distance. On the first floor there is a spacious and beautifully equipped living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, along with a magnificent terrace and a toilet. The terrace has an awning to provide shade when necessary, to enjoy long hours of relaxation while admiring the sea. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are 2 more bedrooms, both with private bathrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, respectively. The rooms have air conditioning (included in the rental price at fixed times between 14:00 to 16:00 and 20:00 to 08:00).

With a great location, modern interiors and the largest pool in the world just around the corner (yes, the Mediterranean Sea!) It will be the vacation of a lifetime!

We enjoyed our stay in CSJ very much, and the apartment was very nice. Be prepared to walk up stairs as the bedrooms are three floors up from the street level. The apartment was very clean, but the exterior door and its lock was a bit problematic.

Die Wohnung war genau nach unseren Vorstellungen. Als wir ankamen mussten wir uns erst um warmes Wasser kümmern. Die Therme war ausgesteckt. Ichbdenke das würde zu den Vorbereitungen gehören. Vielleicht würde da eine Checkliste helfen. Die Küche ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Der Geschirrspüler hat zuerst auch nicht funktioniert und es musste jemand gerufen werden. Die Glasscheibe der Dusche in einem der Zimmer war defekt. Wenn der Service gerufen wurde, war dieser hilfsbereit und schnell zur Stelle, aber das will man ja eigentlich im Urlaub nicht haben. Wir würden jedenfalls diese Wohnung nicht mehr mieten. Im Haus gibt es auch einen Hund der nachts oft bellt. Die Umgebung von Colonia San Jordi ist allerdings sehr schön und die Nähe zum Es Trenc auch attraktiv.

Die Fotos im Internet haben wirklich nicht zu viel versprochen. Man denkt ja immer an trickreiche Aufnahmen, die dann mit der Realität wenig zu tun haben, aber weit gefehlt. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer (ein Fußweg liegt dazwischen) und erstreckt sich über drei Etagen. Die Dachterrasse ist von unten praktisch nicht einsehbar, so dass man die Sonne unbefangen genießen kann. Auch das (schönere der beiden) Schlafzimmer liegt zum Meer und bietet einschließlich des dazugehörigen Bades herrliche Ausblicke. Leider stehen dort zwei Einzelbetten, was man mit etwas Umbauarbeiten aber lösen konnte. Das Badezimmer dazu ist sehr geräumig; es fehlen allerdings Handtuchhalter. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Also: Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Etwas zäh war hingegen die Kommunikation. Aufgrund der besonderen Lage durch die Corona-Pandemie hatten wir einige Fragen, die aber spät bis gar nicht beantwortet wurden. Vermutlich gab es eine Sprachbarrerie. Eine kurze Antwort auf die E-Mails wäre aber durchaus zu erwarten gewesen, und sei es ein kurzes spanischsprachiges Statement, dass derzeit niemand vor Ort ist, der deutsch oder englisch spricht; Schweigen ist gerade in einer solchen Situation keine Alternative.

Das Appartement liegt im 1. Stock mit grosser Terasse. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad befinden sich im 2. Stock. Eins mit 2 Einzelbetten und ein kleineres mit ca. 140x200. Das grössere Schlafzimmer hat Meerblick und eine kleine Terrasse. Im 3. Stock befindet sich noch eine sehr schöne Terasse. Dort wären 2 Liegestühle super. Das Appartement ist grosszügig und modern. Die Betten waren gut. 2 Auflagen für die Liegen draussen waren feucht und schimmelig bei Ankunft da sie so im Wohnraum auf dem Boden lagen. Die könnten gewechselt werden. Eine Art Segeltuch auf der Terrasse bietet etwas Schatten. Schirme für die Schirmständer hatten wir nicht gefunden. Die Scheibe von der Balkontür ist kaputt was aber bekannt war und sicher zeitnah behoben wird. Leider funktionierte der Safe nicht. Es konnte mir auch keiner von der Agentur mitteilen wie er genutzt wird. Auf einen Montag frühen Abend sollte jemand vorbei kommen aber wir warteten vergebens. Die Küche machte einen sehr guten Eindruck. Allerdings haben wir sie nicht benutzt. Fazit: eine tolle Lage in einem neuwertigen grossen Appartement mit phantastischem Blick und Bademöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür. Sehr gern wieder.
