"This is a clean modern hotel with typical Tokyo sized rooms. The room is cleverly designed and offer more storage space than expected. The location is in a commercial district but the new Takanawa Gateway mall is fantastic. Service was excellent and every member of the team have been helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We definitely will stay here again. "

"The property is beautiful and grand with a fantastic breakfast and the most attentive staff, the only thing is we found was that is wasn’t walkable to any of the attractions or areas we wanted to visit, and the closest metro was about a 20 min walk away."

"Like the size of the room with comfortable tatami like floor, huge bath tub, strong water strength and posh looking toilet . Basin area is huge and nice too . 1 star for a staff who shower impatience when I enquired about the washer use with credit card. His attitude only changed when he realized his understanding was not correct. This could be improved for better customer experience. "

"This might be the best value in all of Tokyo. Gotanda is so convenient to other areas (it's a quick hop to Shibuya and Shinjuku) while also having its own charms and food options (tip: there are a couple really good standing sushi spots nearby and one of the best tonkatsus I've ever had). It's also way less intense than those other areas and I appreciated that every evening when I'd come home exhausted and ready to relax. "I thought the hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had many conveniences- a wide variety of complimentary toiletries, free juice and soda, and even a happy hour for guests. The internet speed was very good in case you need to do work or use streaming services. There were plenty of mom and pop restaurants and shops nearby. And there are two train stations within a 10-15 minute walk. All in all, a really nice and relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again. "
