"Was going to write a reasonably balanced review but one that would reference a window that did not close resulting in a very disturbed night but I got such patronising response to my email that mild irritation has turned into annoyance bordering on anger. No excuse for poor maintenance and absolutely no excuse for taking such a patronising and irritating attitude when replying to a guest."

"The staff was amazing! They were so helpful in making arrangements for an amazing driver to St Andrew’s (James) for us. Carlos and everyone at the hotel was very helpful in getting us cars, making reservations and recommendations that were all spot on! The location was awesome as well as our room and all the amenities. Loved our stay!"

"This place tries very hard for a slick, modern vibe but fails on all the basics. A good hotel should be comfortable, clean, quiet, and convenient. Other than location, this hotel fails on all of those points. I shouldn't have to physically climb over my sleeping partner to get out of bed, for example, or turn all the lights on just to figure out how to work a touchpad to turn one specific light on or off. The shower shouldn't be mouldy and the floor dirt-covered, ever, and the once-per-week (!)...

"I stayed in the 1x single bed room - this was beyond tiny- luggage could barely fit- the bathroom had a smell and the water pressure was terrible. It was also noisy I could hear my neighbors coming and going. If the room was cheaper this place would have been great, but for what I paid, I expected more. Not even a shower cap or bathroom essentials provided. Staff was good. 3pm check in was annoying and cleaners didn’t clean my room as they were ‘too busy’."
