Novotel Bucharest City Centre
"Personnel woke us at 8am to do room service. A tall girl managing the breakfast buffet was staring at the guests. She also hung over the food with her long black hair. Not appreciated and not hygienic. A clear sign of lacking fundamental education and understanding."

"Good location on the centre of Bucharest. Staff really helpful and hotel clean and comfortable. Fruit and wine on arrival a nice touch. Rooms and furniture showing their age a bit. Would benefit from a revamp before too long."

Hotel Moxa
"The staff was particularly helpful, offered to make reservations, helped with my boarding pass when it was time to go home, called BOLT for my ride to the airport, helped with my luggage. Very friendly and nice."
