"Very comfortable beds, close enough to walk to several restaurants, great staff. Our only complaint has nothing to do with the motel or service at the property. The trolley service has no designated stop any where near the property now, you have to go out and Hope one comes by and wave it down. It wouldn’t be that big a problem except there is no timetable anywhere for their schedules. Otherwise no complaints!"

"We stayed one night between Boothbay Harbor and Boston in a family suite. We really loved the water pressure in the shower, and thankfully having the sink separated from shower was good for a group. The beds were comfy and the breakfast amenities were good. The location is pretty cool and the BBQ stuff they have for loaner use is a really nice touch. I see why they were rated top stay in trip advisor !! "

"We stayed at the Beach House for a 3 day weekend in August. Very easy check in. I was concerned that we would not make the 830PM deadline for check in but the manager emailed earlier in the week and alleviated my concerns. Absolutely fabulous location for a number of Maine beaches. We prefer Goose Rocks Beach. The inn has beach towels, beach chairs and even bikes that are easy to grab and go. Also very close to Dock Square in the port. My favorite part was morning coffee on the deck in...

"Quiet location in a beautiful neighborhood. 5 minute walk to the beach. Room was on the 3rd floor but ocean view and decks made up for it. Bed could use a new mattress. Room clean and attractive. I just wish I knew in advance that the room was on the 3rd floor (no elevator). I will stay there again but on a lower level."
