"We had a great stay. Everything was as listed. Cleanly, easy to access and the communication was great."

"Bring your clothes and your groceries - this house has everything else! Very generous amenities, including all linens and extra paper products. It was super clean and very comfortable for 4 adults and one dog. We will be back again as soon... as we can snag some available dates!!"

"Property owner, claims VRBO booked property without his knowledge. So it ended up being double booked. He made us pay 500 additional to stay. Although he did allow us to stay an additional night. Its the principal. The kitchen was full of ants. He had someone come and put ant traps down but that still didn't help. Non of the beds had sheets on them. I have never rented a house that doesn't have clean linen on the beds when you get there. Definitely do not recommend. "

"Property was very clean and in a convienent location. Quick trip with extended family and it worked out very well. You can walk to Harpoon Hannahs for lunch / dinner. The beach ia a short drive away and Fenwick has a state park nearby. You need to get to the park before 10 if you want to get a spot. The park fills up and then you have to wait for people to leave to gain entrance. Beach at the park is not crowded and they have restrooms and some snacks on site. Kids rode scooters in the...

"Let’s start by saying WOWThis place is incredible, cozy, homey, clean and comfortable. We were so impressed from the moment we entered the condo. The owners are the easiest and nicest also. Extremely responsive - they truly care and want your stay to be a great one. I would highly recommend the LOFT to anyone looking to stay in the Lewis/Rehoboth area. Very conveniently located and easy accessibility We will surely be back"

"Easy check in easy out… I had a family emergency and had to leave one day earlier than wanted to and was booked for haven’t heard back from the owner."

"Small studio. Very easy to get in and out of. On a hidden road off a busy street. Dog friendly was nice"

"This home was the perfect stay for our trip to Rehoboth Beach. The home was just described and as photos showed. It was incredibly convenient to everything we wanted to do in town. One tiny complaint is there was not enough toilet paper- but I didn’t communicate that to the host so they didn’t have the opportunity to fix that issue. Overall, great stay and we would come back for sure. "

"Stay was great - loved location, size and amenities.We had 18 grown men and there was plenty of room for more.Only critique would be the spiders. The exterior could use a cleaning of the spider webs"

"The house was very clean and well maintained. We were a group of 13 and there was adequate space for everyone to have their own space when needed and space to come together as a whole. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. The only problem was that the AC on the third level went out but management brought in two portable AC’s to keep the rooms up there cool. "

"The space was perfect for what we were looking for and it had the cutest backyard/patio area. Clean, comfortable, affordable beach getaway!"
