Our 1313 Pelican Watch Villas at Seabrook Island is ON THE BEACH complete with sunsets and ocean breezes. There is no other BEACHFRONT villa at Seabrook Island like this corner condo with covered deck. Sleeps 4 plus 2 babies under 2 yrs old. License #STR25-000112.
Our calendar is ALWAYS up to date. FREE AMENITY CARDS with access to Seabrook Island's private club, all beaches, 3 beach and lakeside pools, 3 restaurants, docks and shops, 2 golf courses and country club, library, equestrian center and tennis courts. Indoor pool and gym fee -$15/daily pass. Sparkling clean for the most discriminating guests! $40 for gate pass/parking and $75 admin charge. These fees plus tax are already included in your VRBO quoted price. Dogs, only. $175 fee per pet up to 35 lbs; call if more.

Comb your private beach for precious seashells and sand dollars every morning. Keep an eye on the kids from your deck as they follow the dolphins. Open the glass sliding door to catch the gentle ocean breezes. Breakfast is on the deck with your umbrella, patio table and chairs. Put our 4 beach chairs near the water on the sugar white sand as you read your novel, sip your drinks and lather with suntan lotion. Enjoy your privacy. Go to the pools tomorrow. Tennis and Golf are later in the week! Dinner is easy at the Clubhouse or at several gourmet island restaurants outside the guardhouse. Charleston beckons! If you are looking for grocery shopping, Freshfields Village is a short 4 mile drive complete with dining, shops, and entertainment. At night, you turn the lights out for the sea turtles. Head down the hall to your private room. You've got your own dreams to make on a comfy king-size bed, queen sleeper sofa, twin chair & half bed or twin ottoman bed & queen all night air mattress! We take reservations on a first come, first serve basis and we fill up fast! We always work to re-rent your dates for emergency cancellations and encourage trip insurance! Mary’s Pelican Watch condo was the perfect setting for our anniversary getaway. The space was clean, comfortable and well equipped well equipped The location provided easy access to a beautiful sparsely populated beach with breathtaking sunset views. The unit is also just a short walk to the Pelican Watch complex pools and restaurants/bars. Mary provided all the information we needed for smooth check-in and check-out. We are already contemplating our next visit.

Perfect as described, few minor issues but owner immediately responded & corrected. This was the most relaxed vacation getaway we have ever had, unit was well stocked & just steps from the beautiful beach. The Amenity cards are slick!

We had a great stay! The photos do not do the place justice. Everything was great and the host was super nice and easy to communicate with. The unit is probably the most private unit in the complex. We will be back!

We loved this place so much that we already rebooked for next year. Location is amazing. Very relaxing. Rented bikes and rode everywhere. Beautiful area. So relaxing. Hosts were super reliable and easy to contact. They also replied immediately. easy to contact with veryresponses.

Great location if you want quick and easy access to the beach. Cozy home for a getaway and plan on being back in the future. Saw dolphins playing in the ocean in the morning from the deck!! I do wish we had information before booking on the status of amenities like the Seabrook restaurants and outdoor pools since that was one of the reasons I selected the property but they weren’t opening for the season until later in the week.

The view from this unit was surprisingly amazing. We had a slight issue when we arrived and Mary was very responsive and accommodating and fixed it immediately. We will go back for sure.

Exactly the space we needed, lovely, clean, and fresh. The owner was very helpful prior to arrival and upon my call regarding a small maintenance issue - was very quick in responding to the issue. Would love to return to this property in future

What a wonderful place to stay. And the area has so much to offer (even late in December)! The villa has everything you need, is nicely appointed and super clean. The beaches were great for long walks, collecting shells, watching dolphins, and beautiful sunsets! Views of the water and sunset from the villa’s deck are spectacular! I would watch the dolphins from the deck while having my morning coffee. The villa and Seabrook Island are pet friendly with a lot of areas for walks. The grocery store and plenty of shops are close by and don’t miss a trip into Charleston. Mary was an amazing host - excellent communication, responds right away and she is so sweet! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or host! I am looking forward to a return visit.

Unit has classic river views with beautiful sunsets with easy walk to the river. We brought our dog and found Seabrook to be very dog friendly. We will look at this space for the 2025 season.

We had an amazing time staying in this condo at Seabrook Island! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by beautiful nature. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved waking up to the peaceful views from the balcony and enjoyed the nearby amenities, including the pools and restaurants. Mary was very responsive and helpful, making the entire process seamless. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We stayed here for a week just myself and my husband while kids were at summer camp. Amazing location with stunning views. Everything you need in the apartment - great to have a king bed and 2 bathrooms. Beach towels not included but the owner did remind us to bring them. Added benefit of amenity access to the club facilities is super. We just loved the beach bar! We will return

A sweet little gem, we never knew existed. Have no complaints... The grounds/magnificent, the condo perfect. The no key entry, wonderful. My husband and I are the worst in losing the "key". 5 star all the way. :) Hope to return in the future.

The condo was spotless and had everything one could need. The view is spectacular and the patio chairs were so comfy. We loved watching the wildlife from the patio. Deer visited each morning and evening. We saw dolphins swimming and birds are everywhere. Sunsets were beautiful! We hope to return! What a special spot!

Everything was as listed. Perfect view of the sunset from the porch. Check-in was easy. Owners were great with communication. Property is right on the beach. The area gives you a feeling of seclusion but you still aren’t far from Charleston or other areas if you desire.

We just returned from our best trip to Kiawah/Seabrook Island yet! This was our first time staying on Seabrook Island but it won’t be the last. 1313, was all that we could have asked for … easy access to the beach, perfect view from the deck, and close to the pool and restaurants. The condo itself was roomy and very well maintained. Mary was very accessible and easy to plan with. We love to vacation in this area and can’t believe it took so long for us to explore Seabrook. We can’t wait to go back!
