"We have stayed with this group before so we knew what to expect. The condo was very clean, the furniture (and bed) was comfortable. The kitchen had the few necessities we needed for our stay. The only issues we encountered were that the remote in the bedroom had dead batteries, and that there were not 2 bedside tables in the bedroom so we had to improvise by using our cooler. "It was an end unit, so it had beautiful views. Also had an elevator and a luggage cart, no walking stairs with all your things!!. Pool was great too! The unit was updated and very nicer decorated. I plan on staying here again!!"

"My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary here and had the absolute best time. We both agree it has been our favorite vacation. The accommodations reflected everything that was mentioned in the listing, and being right on the beach with a semi private dune made it easy to go for walks on the beach in the early and late hours of the day! "Concierge Zak has excellent customer service. Very helpfull. Loaded our luggage from parking and drove use to the dock, then carried our stuff to the floating house. All staff was very engaging and friendly. The Houseboat was beautiful and well maintained. Nicely decorated. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a unique experience. Sunsets are beautiful!"

"This house was perfect for our family beach trip. The location is perfect, right on the beach. It's clean and well maintained. Jamie and Brian provide everything you could need: linens, kitchen appliances, bath towels, beach toys, etc. They were so friendly and easy to communicate with. Check in and checkout were so simple.We will definitely be back!"
