Free parking is provided on the property on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring ample space for everyone. Carolina Beach is bike and pedestrian-friendly with rentals for bikes and golf carts available.

Note that the condo is on the top floor (3rd) offering great views and no overhead noise, but stairs are required and there is no elevator in the building. Parking and pool passes will be provided at check-in.

I just completed my several month off-season vacation at this gem on the North End of Carolina Beach. Just steps from the beach and 2 blocks from the pier and Freeman's Beach Park, this was the perfect spot for a nature lover and beach walker.The hosts were terrific... from check-in to check-out, and during the stay, they were just a text away. From watching the ocean or the sunsets from the south-facing, top floor balcony to the washer and dryer in the rear, this condo met all of my needs. The cleanliness and decor were top-notch. I would imagine that the majority of VRBO stays range from a long weekend to a week long vacation, with a one-time fee for housekeeping at the end of the stay. Since I was a long term stay, the hosts offered regular housekeeping at no additional cost. I really appreciated this extra service and just mention it as an example of the responsive of the hosts to any request. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the entire Carolina Beach experience. I will definitely be back next year.

Great stay! Comfortable bed, super clean, very kid friendly and many “extras” provided to pack a little lighter. For other people considering this stay do note that the ocean cannot be seen from sitting on the balcony unless you are looking over the railing.

Fantastic place to hideaway for a weekend! Room was super cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hosts were excellent, and the communication was on point. I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful condo

My dog and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is beautifully appointed and has everything you need. The owners were very helpful and quick to reply to questions. The only thing that was somewhat surprising to me was the 47 steps to get to the door, (yes, I counted) lol…..and with a dog having to go out a lot as well as going out for eating, walking and shopping, it got a bit tiresome. Good thing I am somewhat in shape.

Great Stay

The property is great! It is very clean, fully stocked kitchen, laundry available and easy beach access. The only downfall is it’s on the 4th floor, not the 3rd. With parking underneath the building it adds an extra flight of stairs so be prepared for this. Best host communication I have ever had with any stay. They allowed us early check in when the cleaners were finished which worked out great with our infant and long drive. We are very grateful for our wonderful hosts and had a great time in Carolina beach!

Great Place at quiet end of Carolina Beach

Clean, comfy apartment with great amenities. Small view of ocean and pool for swimming or cooling off. Nice kitchen that was well stocked. Comfy bed and large tv. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing spot to stay at the beach.

Celebrating our 21st anniversary

The propery was wonderful and very accomdating. We had a great and relaxful stay. It was just the steps that was a bit dreadful. Especially with two furbabies. The owners were very accomdating and gave great information. Stoked resturant was so good we ate there twice try to set out on the deck at the Intercoastal Waterway. Get there early cuz parking is limited. If you want great authentic Mexican food go to El Caradzor on 421. The pier at the ocean grill is a great place to enjoy an evening cocktail and watch the sun go down with your honey.

Perfect Getaway!

We absolutely enjoyed everything about this condo. It was very clean and taken care of. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach/pool. The condo was well stocked: beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, games, toiletries, laundry room, kitchen amenities (even Rachel Ray cookware), etc. The host was great with communication and keeping us informed. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone.
