"The staff were amazing - super friendly and super helpful. The woman who checked us in (I am sorry I don’t remember her name) provided lots of useful information and helped us to plan a perfect day in the mountains. Everything in the hotel is super cute (heart themed) and the breakfast was great. We could not have been happier with our stay."

"Where do I start?! I’m so happy I went with Plateau-Rosa for my birthday trip! It was exactly what I was looking for - quiet, relaxing, and with a great view of the Matterhorn. I was warmly greeted by Pierre at the front desk and shown to my room, which was tidy, bright, and had a large balcony. "We had a beautiful terrace that overlooked the shopping and dining areas of the town. Walking distance to train station and the gondola lifts up the mountain. Having a Guinness poured by Mac was wonderful, and we had great conversation."

"Zermama was a highlight of our trip to Switzerland. The entire staff was wonderful and attentive. Our room had an unbelievable view of the Matterhorn.
