From being welcomed after 30 hours of travel with a glass of white wine, to the friendly breakfast staff, to helping me cobble together a nourishing dinner after a relaxing spa service…the staff at this hotel truly set it apart! "Stayed at Hotel Chesa Valese for 5 nights recently and overall had a very good experience. There was a mix-up with the pickup time at first, but the staff were great and made up for it, so no complaints there. We ended up with what seemed like a bigger, more spacious room with loads of storage, and even a partial view of the Matterhorn tip, which was a nice surprise. We checked in late night- be sure to mention it to the staff and they helped us with so many details in our short stay. "Absolutely incredible stay overall, 10/10. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, seemed to go out of their way to ensure all our needs were met and questions answered.
