"Nice room and location. Good bar. Digitalised check in, which was quite impersonal. Sauna was never on during my stay and breakfast was a mess. Was a busy morning so staff did not manage to keep up with cleaning, prepping food or receiving guests."

"Arrived at the Usual for another few days as the family live very close by and this hotel is very convenient but the room was extremely cold. The outside temperature was 16 degrees and the air conditioning was on in my room and the fan was blowing out very cold air. Hardly the weather for air conditioning ..."

"Minus: Keine "echte" Rezeption, nur virtuell. Frühstück in Bistro auf anderer Straßenseite. Frühstück erst ab 8:30 möglich (zu spät). Waschbecken zu klein. Zu laute, nicht abstellbare Klimaanlage.
