This villa tis a slice of paradise! Nestled within the Village des Pins complex, it offers a tranquil garden view and easy access to the pool and spa, making it an ideal tropical retreat.

The kitchen is a standout feature, boasting granite countertops and modern appliances that make meal preparation a breeze. East in the kitchen at the bistro table, with a full laundry area off to the side.


The spacious primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and ensuite bath, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom with twin-sized beds, plus a spacious closet and TV. The second Bath, with a walk-in shower, is centrally located.

The main living space is inviting and well-appointed, providing plenty of seating options including a reclining loveseat, and entertainment with the large smart TV and high-speed WIFI. With access to a range of amenities within the complex, including the heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, and picnic area, there's no shortage of activities to enjoy.


This Villa sleeps four in one king bed and two twins.

Located in a resort-style neighborhood with lush landscaping, serene lakes and trees, an oversized heated pool and hot tub, two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, putting green, and a picnic area with grills. The clubhouse offers a pool table, kitchen, and party room with TV and library. Golfers will enjoy having a golf course close by.

While we know you love your furry friends, this property is not pet-friendly. Please make other arrangements for your pets.

Peaceful Community

Wonderful home in the community of Village De Pin. Clean home, comfortable beds, quiet and peaceful. Neighborhood close to everything. Approx. 15 min drive to world class Siesta Key beach. Really enjoyed our stay!

Spring Break 2025

Positives:The property fit our needs perfectly. Open and spacious floor plan and 2 bathrooms made our stay very comfortable. Communication was good. Location, appliances and amenities were perfect for our needs. Also, provided beach chairs and an umbrella, which was greatly appreciated.Concerns:The main bedroom and living room had missing slates in the door wall blinds, which felt uncomfortable while relaxing in the evening or changing in the bedroom at night. Property maintenance responded to our concern and ordered replacement slates so hopefully that are installed for the next guest. There was the smell of mildew in the property. It took a couple days of the air running at 72 degrees to lighten the smell.Overall, I would stay here again!

Great location off the beach

Fantastic location for those who don’t need to be on the beach. Close to restaurants and bars. Condo was well equipped and clean. Loved the little neighborhood it was located. It was quiet and great for walks.
