"There were some issues at check in as the instructions missed a vital step but the host was very responsive. The place was a little father than I had planned from downtown Lisbon but very close to transit and in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. I would recommend this place."

"Location, location, location ! Right in the heart of the historic centre. Easy to walk most places. Staff were very helpful and suggested some great places to eat/drink. Very nice to be able to get a glass of wine or cup of coffee in the lobby area. But only realised on the last afternoon. ‘Flat’ was very clean and they maximised the available space to include a bedroom, bathroom and small kitchenette. Even had a balcony with enough space for 2 chairs. Just enough space in the flat for 2...

"Excellent property with clean spacious apartments and daily housekeeping. Apartment had many helpful amenities and appeared modern and recently renovated, although this is a historic property. Santos festival was in progress, but noise was somewhat muted as apartment (superior) was at ground level on quieter corner of street. Staff is friendly and helpful. Two minutes or less walk from Lisbon cathedral and plenty of restaurants nearby. Surroundings as you walk into Alfama and away from cathedral...

"The property was beautiful, location convenient. It's steps away from the Santa Justa Lift, a supermarket, and Rossio station. Luis made check-in super easy. He walked us over and assisted with our luggage. The LIFT team was very communicative - there were various methods to contact them. There's street buskers that sing the same 10 songs with mics and amps every night. They stop at around midnight but it could be annoying if you need to wake up early."
