A good number of restaruants are nearby and the mall is between hotel and Kyoto Station. Room was clean and modern and staff are very friendly."

"The in-ro laundry was perfect, I've been travelling for a while and was in desperate need of a place to do laundry. Plus, the room was spacious, and I was able to cook a bit of food for the first time in over a week. The staff were super helpful, location is a bit far from some stuff but near enough to a train station that it really wasn't an issue for me. Would absolutely stay again in the future!"

"Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated having a seating area space and spacious bathroom in our room. The staff was very hospitable and helpful, and amenities like pajamas, slippers, baskets for taking towels etc. to the public baths, hot water kettle and complimentary teas were appreciated l! Checking in and out was easy and the public bath for women was clean, calming and well-appointed! The location is quiet and transit was easily accessible."
