"A somewhat luxary experience at a reasonable price. We enjoyed the free ice cream and drinks numerous times. There was a free craft where we painted wind chimes, a nod to a local wind chime festival, that the family loved and made great souvenirs. For the most part everything in the room was great and comfortable. The location is mostly very good but the 5-10 minute walk to the train station does get repetitive, but it's good value for the money and everything you want for food is nearby. I...

コインロッカーが沢山ある中、
チェックイン前の午前中から荷物をおかせていただき、たくさんのお心遣い大変嬉しかったですし、女将さんの丁寧なご案内やご挨拶、とても気持ちよく過ごさせていただきました。
アメニティも充実していて、
お風呂はジャズが流れライトの調光もありゆったりとしたバスタイムができました。
近くにはたくさんの飲食店が並び、東本願寺も目の前という好立地。
また京都に来る時にはぜひ滞在したいですし、
次回はゆっくりと過ごさせていただきたいと思います。

"This was a unique property to stay at for our Japan trip. The property was beautiful and was definitely an experience I recommend. Staff was so helpful when first arriving. They try their best to explain things, especially with a language barrier for myself. The hospitality was exceptional. Would recommend anyone to stay here.
A little far of a walk from the main station with luggage so maybe a take a taxi. And have them take you to the check-in area instead of the property itself."

"伺う前から、メールで色々と教えて頂いていました。メール担当の方もとても丁寧に対応頂きました。ありがとうございました。
施設は清潔で気持ちよく利用出来ました。スタッフの方々も親切丁寧に対応頂きました。
ランドリーの利用を行いました。暑い夏真っ盛りの時期であったため、かなり混み合っておりました。
外国人の方々が殆どで、利用は時間通りの使用でした。（スムーズな交代が出来てました。）
お部屋の冷房も丁度良く、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。コンパクト設計ながら、快適に過ごす事が出来るお部屋でした。
朝食もとても丁寧に作られており、お野菜もお惣菜に多く含まれており、とても美味しかったです。
白玉ぜんざい、生八ツ橋もあり、嬉しく思いました。
家族もゆっくり過ごす事が出来たと言っておりました。また、家族で利用をしたいと思います。"
