Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, personal i servei, comoditats, estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
We arrived to a broken hot tub with sand in the bottom, and the staff tried to blame us. The staff was rude. The air conditioning drained water all over the patio floor right outside of the door. There was no parking near the hotel.
There was a wooden step on the patio that led to a terrace. The step was not secured and the top had a lip extending around the sides, which causes the step to tip if you do not place your foot right in the middle of the step.
When stepping down from the terrace the I stepped onto the step, as soon as I put my weight on the step, it tipped forward causing me to fall backwards. I hit my head on the corner of the wall, my calf on the corner of the terrace metal table and my back on the terrace floor. I suffered large bruises on my calf and back, a smaller bruise on my head and had a severe headache the rest of the day, causing me to stay in the room and lose almost a whole day of my trip. When I reported the incident to the hotel, all the had to say was "well that has never happened before."
There are many hazards and inconveniences at this hotel, and the staff is very unsupportive. Save yourself stress, headaches and money. Go somewhere else.
