  • Mystagoge Retreat is a unique traditional house, which can accommodate up to four people.
    A private heated indoor cave pool with jacuzzi, a hammam and a wine cellar will be waiting for you to offer a mystic experience.

    A light breakfast basket with rusks, jam, honey, tea coffee, milk, butter, fresh eggs, and seasonal fruit is also provided.
    Amenities included are WI-FI, air-conditioning, in all areas of house, free parking, sun filled traditional yard with sunbeds, dining area and shared BBQ.

    There is also a living room with a built-in sofa and LED TV, a bathroom with a shower, including care products, hair dryer and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, kettle, large refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, crockery, and cutlery.

    Inside Mystagoges’s caves you can feel the unique identity of local houses. Our residence was the village’s first bakery renovated thereafter respecting the traditional architecture.
    Transfer service to/from the airport/port, rent a car/bike, catamaran excursions, horse riding, massage all available at extra charge and upon request.
    Enjoy the silence in an authentic cave house with all the luxury features that will make your vacations memorable!

Magical!

This is an absolutely magical property with a responsive and kind hostess! Artemia was so helpful, the living space was clean and accommodating, and we enjoyed the pool and the hammam. I would highly recommend staying here!

Stay at the most breathtaking Vrbo and life feels like a movie…

Staying here felt like a movie! The private cave pool was absolutely incredible and so perfect! The entire place was very clean. The host was so friendly, responsive, thoughtful, and kind; she also provided helpful, local restaurant and activity recommendations. Our stay was incredible. Thank you so much!

Amazing Experience

We had a great stay, had issues at the airport with navigating to the location and the host went out of her way to meet us at the airport so we could get to the location. She was so pleasant the entire stay and gave many recommendations to us for local places to go. The pool/hot tub and steam room were amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here. Location was great, centralized on the island but out of the businesses of the area as well, very quiet.

Wonderful time!

This was an amazing place! Just like the pictures, you do indeed have your own pool underground! The property was well maintained with everything you'd need and then some! Centrally located on the island, it was an easy (as easy as driving on Santorini is) to everywhere, and we were even able to get a transfer arranged to take us to the port! Would love to stay again next time we are on the island!

We loved this unique property!

We stayed with two kids (ages 10 and 8), and with the cave pool, shaded outdoor table, and visits from kittens, they loved it so much that our oldest was sad to leave when we ventured out to explore other parts of the island. Everything was smooth - from help with booking a car to the check-in and check-out process. This was by far the most unique home we've ever stayed in - highly recommended.

Great stay

Artemia was a lovely host. The property was very clean. All of the amenities were available. And our kids really enjoyed the cave pool. It was a little bit of a walk to get to most places, but if you have a car, you will be so happy you are away from the crowds.

This was the perfect villa for our family!

Worth it!

From the time of booking to holding our luggage at check out until our flight time Artemia was amazing! Communication with her was easy. Very unique, luxurious, and comfortable cave house with all the amenities.

Perfect!

My mom and sister stayed here snd it was beyond wonderful. It hit every expectation and beyond. Everything was easy to get to on the island. The property was spotless and a dream! Artemia was beyond helpful with arranging a taxi and giving us information and contacts. I would love to go back tomorrow! Thank you Artemia and your wonderful Island for a over the moon stay.

Incredible

The Mystagoge cave house was everything it was presented to be in the listing. Artemia meet us there to show us around and was very warm and friendly. The house is magical and was a highlight of our trip. Very clean, beds were comfortable, very quiet neighborhood. The pool was incredible. It was warm, very clean, and we used it every day. The house was stocked with large bottles of water, orange juice and milk, along with a basket full of bread, croissants, jam, honey, cereal, etc. The house was easy driving distance to anything we needed. Lots of cool towns and villages nearby. We were also able to order delivery by phone on the couple occasions we didn’t want to go out. Washing machine onsite and an expandable drying rack outside. Very handy to be able to do laundry. I can’t say enough about our experience here. It was an amazing place to stay.

Beautiful

An exquisite property unlike any I've ever experienced. Cave pool is amazing, house is nice. A great experience and nice way to end an evening after a long day of hiking the island.
