Welcome to this beautiful house in the village of Cala Figuera, where 8 guests can spend their holidays.
Beautifully furnished terraces line the house and give the opportunity to enjoy the mild climate of Mallorca. Maybe a cocktail in the chill out area or a barbecue with friends and family, there are lots of possibilities. The house is in a residential area and you have direct neighbours, the property is fenced.

The living room, open to the dining area and with air conditioning, is the ideal place to relax or watching a movie on satellite TV. The fireplace can not be used. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and has microwave, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher all the essentials you need for cooking. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

A total of 4 bedrooms promise relax after long vacation days. All have a wardrobe and access to a terrace. A bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bath "en suite" is located on the ground floor. Upon request a baby cot and high chair can be provided. A shower room completes the ground floor.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, the 4th bedroom has a bunk bed. There is no satellite TV on this (1st) floor. There is a bathroom with a bath tub on this floor. For the cooler months electric heaters can be provided on request.

The location of the house, in the center of Cala Figuera, could not be better since you have all services in walking distance. In Cala Figuera there are some bars and very good fish restaurants. Hikers and cyclists are in this corner of Mallorca just right, versatile tours are offered. The Mondragó Nature Park also offers fine sandy beaches and clear water. The bays such as Cala Figuera, Cala Santanyi or the paradisaical beach Es Trenc will delight you.

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Groß und geräumig, und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer, was sonst schwer zu finden oder sehr teuer ist. Perfekt für Familien oder Gruppen. Das W-Lan funktioniert gut, und es gibt mehrere Klimaanlagen im Haus, mit denen auch geheizt werden kann. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist schön, die Betten sind bequem, und alles ist sauber. Besonders gut hat uns die Terrasse gefallen, wo man abends schön essen kann. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch super, mitten im Leben, aber trotzdem ruhig. Nebenan befinden sich ein Restaurant, wo man sich auch Kaffees holen kann, sowie ein preiswerter und relativ großer Supermarkt. Zum wunderschönen Hafen und zur Steilküste von Cala Figuera sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit, und als es einmal ein Problem gab, kam sie uns sofort zur Hilfe. Wir sind begeistert und würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

A lovely, spacious property, well appointed and comfortable.

Perfecta casa para alojarse grupos por la amplitud y las comodidades. Las fotos coincidían con la realidad, por lo tanto todo perfecto. La única pega es que no hay playa cerca que puedas acceder andando pero como nos movimos en coche no fue un problema para nosotros.

Très belle villa avec tout le confort nécessaire. Intérieur très soigné avec petites attentions a notre arrivée (boissons au frais et le nécessaire pour le 1er petit déjeuner)
