"From the minute we got there we were given wrong information and greeted by unfriendly staff. We were double charged at the pool. No one was helpful to fix any issues that arose. We booked a birthday dinner about 4 weeks prior at Chop, Block &Brewery. Although our waitress was nice, the manager was not. He was rude and unfriendly from booking and again at dinner. He made it a point to make us feel like we were taking up “too many tables because it was waiver Wednesday” I told him we were guests...

"The staff of 1 was helpful when needed. Room was clean with no issues however, there was no television remote in the room, no ironing board, no iron. Beds were very low to the floor yet comfortable.
