From her vantage point well above the tree line, Pinkie Flamingo had a spectacular “bird's eye view” of the entire lay of the land. Stretching her wings luxuriously, she floated over clusters of opulent vacation homes…each standing ready to welcome those fortuitous enough to have discovered the undeniable charm of Florida's scenic highway 30A. It was another glorious sunny day along the Emerald Coast of Florida and all was right with the world.

As Pinkie drifted along her favorite route, she spied what appeared to be a mirage glimmering in the heat of the summer sun. A spectacular 3-story private home with an enormous sparkling resort-style pool seemed to beckon her. Landing gently on the roof, Pinkie surveyed the layout below. The inviting house sat just off County Hwy 393 which ran through the popular community of Gulf Place. The privacy fence created the backdrop for a very cozy backyard oasis graced by the most deliciously-inviting pool. The scene stood ready to host the perfect soiree and Pinkie could envision cook-outs or happy hours in the courtyard filled with friends and family. Intrigued, Pinkie swooped down for further investigation.

Not your run of the mill beach vacation rental, 30A Oasis sports a style all its own with coastal furnishings arranged to create a special space that will soon become your new vacation go-to. The high ceilings grant a spacious unhurried feeling while the palette of neutral colors set the stage for a relaxing vacation. With three floors in which to spread out, your group of 12 will have the option of privacy or togetherness throughout their stay.

We loved our stay at 30A Oasis! The home was beautiful, modern and super clean . Check in and out was quick and easy. We really liked the spacious kitchen and eating areas at a large table or at the counter seats . The bedrooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. We loved the outdoor space with the pool and patio with lots of lounge chairs. The home is on a cul de sac so it is quiet but easily accessible by walking to the beach, restaurants and shops . We had a great stay and would love to come back again !

I would stay again now that I know what to expect.

We booked this specific place due to it being pet friendly, and having a private pool. There was another property with the same features, but this specific one had a pool that was perfect for our two-year-old. It had a hot tub attached to the pool, but there was nothing stating that the hot tub would not be functional when you stayed in upon asking about the hot tub. We were told it would be 50 a day to heat the pool, therefore the hot tub would then come on. That’s perfectly fine and makes sense but I feel like that should be told to you upfront. Also, when we arrived, I feel like the cleaning crew did a 8/10 job. It wasn’t anything that I couldn’t get off the floor or clean off the countertop myself, but you pay a cleaning fee and expect to come in to a clean house. I sent an email regarding the cleanliness and the trash cans being completely full with no room for anything else upon arrival and never heard back until we reached back out again twice about the pool and they never even discussed the email that was sent so that is why I gave them three stars for communication. We really did have a good time and I loved the house and the pool but if there’s one thing that needs to be fixed more than anything else, it’s the communication between the people who booked the property and the property management.The beach was a very short walk away and the area was quiet and we loved renting the E-bikes and riding around.

Santa Rosa Beach (30A)

The house itself is wonderful. Very nice bedrooms wonderfully decorated. Lots of bathrooms for everyone. Nice open living room/dining room/kitchen area. Beautiful pool with a hot tub all in one. Most chairs outside are in good shape but the cushions need to be replaced due to wear and tear over the winter.

Quiet Oasis

Perfect house in a fantastic location. Steps from the beach and practically anything else you could need. Everything is within walking distance. House is set up with everything you may need during your stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The pool is heavenly. We had no issues getting food or groceries delivered. *if you have mobility issues, there are steps but they’re very wide and easy to manage! We had to extend our stay due to a weather emergency at home. The hosts were so helpful and quick to respond! Wonderful vacation!

Amazing pool, perfect location!!

The house was perfect! Beautiful, clean, comfortable. Location to restaurants, beach and other amenities was just a block away. The pool and patio area is big with lots of chairs, floats, etc. Our family had a wonderful week and highly recommend this house!

Santa Rosa Beach - Gulf Place

We really enjoyed our stay. Proximity to beach, restaurants, grocery, hiking trail is fantastic. Quiet neighborhood, pool was very nice and spacious. The new nay thing is we wished the heater worked on the hot tub. Would stay here again.
