"The property was perfect for our Penn State NSO stay, The manager Ryan was very quick to respond and super helpful!, The house was fully equipped with everything we could want including MLB Network (much to my husband's excitement!) The home was very clean in a lovely residential neighborhood where we happily watched wild rabbits and chipmunks run all around the yard. "Chris does a fantastic job hosting this property! It was spotless, with a beautiful interior decorated, and Easter bunny decorations for the season were thoughtful touches since I was hosting this holiday during my stay. "We took a group of high school students for a fly fishing trip. The property was perfect for the group. They fished on the pond, played soccer, made s’mores, and played ghost in the graveyard. We would come back!"

"Not many options in Port Matilda, so we were lucky to find this place so close to the Marrasas Mountain Lodge. We were still able to get an Uber from state college. And swing into state college for breakfast and supplies. It was perfect for our family of 6. And we even hosted some friends after the wedding. The outside looked comfy but weather wasn’t cooperating (rain) to use it. Loved the blue white Penn state details. Host was super responsive with some last minute questions. "
