"First off, I will highlight the good. The location of this place is PERFECT and the view is absolutely spectacular.The host was also extremely friendly and helpful. Now for the bad. The place is what I would call a “landlord special”. It’s in horrible condition. "I booked the Dubai Room mid March for 2 nights. I got there and the room smelled strongly of mildue and was very moist. Water was pouring in through the door because it is not designed correctly when it rains. The staff was accommodating and moved me to the New York room which was a 10/10.
