The room was clean and comfortable. Only issue we has was the hot water did not always work very well at all times. We thought we where getting a mountain view and we did not.

Be aware of this listing and property! it is not accurate at all. We booked a room and got a totally one, not to mention it wasn’t even the same location ! Listing pictures look like AI versus reality! Secondly there is spiders inside crawling which we had to kill ( big spiders ). Also waken up by construction on the property that started at 7am . Unacceptable! Beware.

This stunning villa is undoubtedly one of the top three places we've ever stayed! We absolutely loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Alejandro, Enrique, and Anika were outstanding hosts, going above and beyond to assist us with transportation to the lake. While the journey to Lake Atitlan can be challenging and dangerous, the mesmerizing view and the luxurious villa made the adventurous journey worth it. The villa was absolutely lovely! The view from the deck was simply breathtaking, offering a sense of tranquility and relaxation. The entire house was meticulously clean, and the bathrooms were top-notch. Our hosts even provided us with generous grocery shopping before our arrival, including delicious organic fruits, breakfast items, bottled water, coffee, and even wine and beer. To our delight, we also discovered a TV in the villa, adding an extra touch of comfort to our stay. Anyway, I could go on and on describing our amazing experience at the Villa and by the lake, but words can't truly capture how we felt during our stay. If you're planning a visit to Lake Atitlan, this is the place you must book without any hesitation. Keep in mind the following information: For a safer journey to the Lake and back to Guatemala City, Anika can connect you with a private boat captain. Take a brief 20-minute boat ride from/to Panajachel, bringing you closer to both destinations.

This property was not at all where Expedia said it was. I ended up getting a message on WhatsApp and had to follow a video to get to the property. It was in a small alley and no directions. Had to use context clues to find a restaurant that was in the video and follow from there. We were waiting by the door for a while because someone had to come unlock it for us. I booked the top room and got the room under it. The top room was taken. I ended up becoming extremely disappointed with this because there were no windows where the shower was which connected to the bedroom, so at night there was music playing until around 11:30 so loud that my partner and I (laying on the bed next to eachother) couldn’t even hear eachother over it. Especially after us doing acatenango and fuego we booked this place for rest and to try to sleep over that was awful. Literally on a Wednesday and Thursday. Not to mention once the music stopped, stray dogs were barking like crazy and roosters going for majority of the night, then birds chirping and throwing themselves at the windows during sunrise. This would have been less of an issue if we got the room on the top floor that I booked since it had windows all around the bedroom and a door to take you to the outside bathroom. Also, the shower water was extremely cold (apparently it is solar) and the idea of an open shower is great but you can’t take one after 7am because there are men working on a building next door that can see everything...

Highly do not recommend. The address is not correct. It took us up some stairs in a barrio where the location was not at. The pictures do not seem real based on where we stayed We had to go down a back alley which was dirty and sketchy. The room was not the same as the pictures even though we booked a delux room It was very loud from the club next door The owner sat us down to chit chat for 30 mins instead of letting us unwind on our honeymoon We booked because we thought it was a hotel but it’s clearly not a hotel There is no sign, no reception, no hotel lobby, it feels like I’m at the owners frat house which is not the depiction I got from the Expedia ad and pictures This building is unfinished building upstairs was still needed a lot of work. It felt more like a jail there is no windows in the room. This is unprofessional business owners must be held responsible of their wrong doing. Ripping people off showing them a place taking them to unfinished projects which is completely not what we paid for.
