superbly furnished property put together by two people that have rented top end property's for years . .

We have a three bed two bath property that is set in a quiet residential area. The villa will appeal to a varied range of people from beachgoers, bird watchers, cyclists, walkers, golfers, the list is endless.

What is immediately striking is the beautiful high windows, which provide a wonderful light throughout the villa and especially in the living room, kitchen, dining area.

The living room has ample seating, DVD player, and a TV with over 2000 channels from all over the world. BBC, Sky, ITV etc.

The modern kitchen has all the necessary appliances, fridge freezer, microwave, hob, grill and oven, dish washer, and ample seating for 6 people . The washing machine can be found in the outside utility cupboard.

The master bedroom has plenty of storage space, and is well presented. The bed is a king bed with quality mattress and pillows. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, which includes a two shower head system, one of which is a rain shower head.

The second king bedroom is yet again well presented with plenty of storage space. Again the mattress and pillows are very good quality. A safe is also installed in the room .

The twin room is also well presented with plenty of storage and good quality mattresses and pillows. Being at the back of the property, your young ones are safe to play in the courtyard at the rear of the property.

Both twin and second king bedrooms are next door to bathroom 2, which also has a two shower head system, one of which is a rain shower head .

A travel cot is also available.

This property is designed for outdoor life . The front court yard has lockable gates. Plenty of room to relax and the use of the heated* pool .

The most striking feature of this villa is the upstairs solarium. As you can see from the photos, the villa has a very generous solarium, giving maximum room to relax, sunbathe and enjoy more than just the incredible hot tub* . We have built a fantastic summer kitchen, complete with BBQ. Ample room to relax in the evening on the large sofa, knowing there's always a cold drink only a few steps away. The top of the range hot tub can fit 6 and it very quiet to run.

The location is perfect as it is only 45 minutes drive from Alicante airport.

Locally it is stunning. San Pedro del Pinatar is located between the Mediterranean Sea and Mar Menor. A place to enjoy its magnificent natural park called Las Salinas, where you will find cycle-tourist routes, to admire the fabulous fauna and flora, in which flamingos and other migratory birds stand out. Furthermore, you can take the famous mud baths, which are very characteristic of this place. Mar Menor, due to its calmer waters, provides a great place for families.

The villa is within walking distance to ample bars, restaurant's and beach.

As a golfer, the location is perfect. 15 courses within 20 mins drive. Including La Manga.

Het was onze eerste wintervakantie in dit deel van Spanje en dat is heel goed bevallen. De villa was perfect en van alle gemakken voorzien. De jacuzzi is volop gebruikt!

A lovely villa! Brilliant communication with the owners prior to & throughout the stay. Fabulous rooftop solarium with hot tub. i loved the plunge pool, but it doesn't get much sun & was too cold for my husband! The hot tub more than made up for it! Lots of lovely restaurants near by, some take a bit of finding!

Lovely modern place, Glenn was brilliant from the start. He sent us lots of information regarding the area. Theres a lot of walking to bars and restaurants which we wasnt used to on previous holidays we had but we soon got used to it. There was lots of restaurants spanish speaking which all there food was great. There are also a few English-speaking bars which was also fab. All together a lovely stay.

We have a fantastic stay at the villa communication with Glenn was brilliant as he was in America at the time , glad we hired a car to visit beach and restaurants , we wanted a switch off from our normal daily life and it was very peaceful and quite lovely villa . Thanks .

lovely property... It had everything we needed. It was well equipped. The pool was great and sitting on the rooftop in the hot tub was so relaxing. We were also within walking distance of many restaurants 10/15 minutes walk. Beaches very short drive away too. Glenn was very helpful with any info we required and was quick with communication too. We enjoyed our stay very much at this property and would definitely recommend.

We ended our honeymoon in the villa for 1 week. Exactly what we needed. The property is lovely and clean, modern and has everything you need and is fully equipped. The pool and the hot tub on the terrace are a great bonus. The fact we had the option to have them heated was perfect for a relaxing swim or tub in the evening. The owners were geat with communication and support with questions, they even left us a card and a bottle of bubbly to congratualte us on our wedding. Also, recommendations for great local places to eat. Thanks for a wondeful break and great way to end out Honeymoon. Adam & Marek

We were 4 adults who booked this lovely villa for one week in September. The villa was just as described and as we had booked the hot tub we had some great times sat around chatting amidst the bubbles! Walking distance (5 mins) to a little bar Loujo which did wonderful tapas and it was great also to stop for a nightcap on the way home. The beach at Lo Pagan was about a 20 minutes walk with with lots of restaurants and bars on the way! The Monday market at San Pedro Del Pinatar was worth a visit and we stopped for coffee and cake at the nearby square. We had a fabulous stay at this lovely villa and the owner Glenn was really helpful with check in and out which was very easy. There is some building work going on behind and also a few streets in front of the villa but it did not bother us unduly and we still had a wonderful stay.

Glenn and Lisa’s place was exceptionally clean and had everything we could have wanted; inflatables for the pool, plenty of kitchen utensils, bbq etc. the location is a bit further from the beach than we thought and younger children may struggle with the walk. The correspondence was excellent from the start. There is extensive building work going on in the road directly behind with 4 large cranes almost directly overhead which was a shame as we weren’t aware of this. They started work at 6.45am which was not ideal and lasted all day.

We spent the week in this beautiful Villa to celebrate my Son's 30th Birthday. Glenn & Lisa were very accommodating and communication with them was easy with quick reply/phonecalls back. The Villa was exactly as it was described, everything there for use to ensure your holiday goes smoothly. Good location with plenty to see and do. A lovely holiday was had by us.

This property was simply outstanding! Everything was as advertised. The owner was so helpful throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. The town centre ( beaches and bars etc) was only a 15 minute wander with bars on the way. The shop and local bar were just along the road around 500m...nice and easy! The pool and outdoor space was so private and the place so peaceful. The inside was immaculate and everything that we wanted was to hand. The air con was bliss and all mod cons were there. We had an amazing holiday and would definitely stay again. Would highly recommend!

Excellent communication from Glenn right from the start of the booking, genuinely couldn't do enough for us. Nice property all on one level with a large roof terrace. Really well equipped with literally everything you could think of. Barbecue on roof terrace and lots of comfortable seating. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with about 15 mins flat walk onto the harbour and beach area. Lots of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Weve been renti h properties in this region for 10 yrz and Glenn's is right up there with the vest. Thoroughly recommended 👌

From booking this last year Glenn the owner has been great answering any questions we had. He then sent us loads of recommendations the day before we flew with restaurants etc nearby. When we got to the property it was very easy to get in and get sorted. The house itself has literally everything you will need for a great stay. Really clean and 3 comfy bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and great showers. The pool is lovely for the hot days and we spent loads of time in here. The roof terrace is massive and was brilliant for sunbathing and sitting up on a night. Honestly nothing at all to criticise we absolutely loved it and the house really made our holiday. There's a supermarket 5 mins walk away which is great and would have everything you need (including a Lidl style bakery). There are plenty bars and restaurants around a 10 minute walk away and the beach is around 15 mins walk. Plenty of choice for food and drinks in both directions (San Pedro or Lo Pagan which is the beach area). Glenn was super helpful all through the holiday too and we really couldn't fault anything at all. Thanks for a great stay!

La casa está fenomenal ya que está muy bien equipada de todo tipo de menajes. Los dormitorios y demás estancias son amplias y cómodas. La terraza superior es la mejor elección para una buena y fresca cena. La climatización perfecta y la piscina correcta. La zona muy tranquila y bien comunicada.
