"The property is very close to several churches, museums and the castle. Some of the ammenities like the pool, jacuzzi, spa are closed due to maintenance, and the parking lot is not on site, some walking required. The breakfast quality and selection were excellent!"

"We cannot recommend Villa Clodia more! We had our wedding as well as our rehearsal dinner, all while hosting 18 of our family members all at this location. The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. We had an unforgettable stay at Tenuta Fogliani. The property is brand-new, elegant, and set in the stunning Umbrian countryside. Our suite was spotless and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views.
Dinner and breakfast were included in the boarding price which was very convenient for our family of 5 and both were absolutely delicious — fresh, local, and beautifully presented. The pool with a stunning view was a relaxing bonus.

"Amazing stay at this small, family-run hotel! They were very kind, allowed me to check in a bit early and even came to the room to make sure I was settled.
The only thing I didn't enjoy was the "breakfast". They put some prepackaged pastries in your room and this just wasn't sufficient for me as a breakfast. Other than that, this place is 11/10. "

"Maria is the most wonderful host and she makes you feel so welcome in her beautiful holiday home. She responds to any questions you have quickly and is so helpful with local info and taxis etc.
The house is brilliant for large family groups - we were 15 people - 3 x families.
It is very spacious with a super well equipped kitchen(s),2 fridges and large tables for family dinners. It is a short car journey to the village where you can get everything you need including food market on Thursday...

"Wij hebben 2 weken doorgebracht in deze mooie locatie net buiten Viterbo. De eigenares en haar medewerkster waren heel behulpzaam en gastvrij. Het huis is volledig ingericht met alles wat nodig is en het is heel goed gelegen op een groot domein met olijfbomen en wijngaard waardoor rust gegarandeerd is. Er is een groot zwembad met veel ruimte errond met vele lounge- en relaxzetels. We kunnen deze locatie warm aanbevelen. "

"This year’s vacation didn’t start in the best way, the first 2 days were terrible until I reach out to Pierpaolo and Patrizia! I had booked this house for my second week of vacation with my kids.
I was not only able to check-in almost 1 weeks earlier, I was also welcomed like I would be a family member you meet once a year. It was amazing.
The host is extremely kind and available to any question and we’re always able to help and make sure our vacation is not impacted by any stress.

"We had an amazing 2 weeks here and enjoyed the property very much, we had an issue with the fridge after a few days but the owner sorted this within a day, very impressed with the responsiveness. The walk into Lubriano took just over 5 minutes and the restaurants and Cafe/Bars are lovely."

"Wonderful place to stay! Extremely friendly host. The property is so beautiful. Right on the lake. We made coffee and sat on the black sand beach in the mornings, and painted near the beach in the evenings. The kids played in the nice, clean pool. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the town of Bolsena was a 5 minute drive, with plenty of options for food. "The house is located on a hillside with lovely views. It is surrounded by olive trees, peaceful spot. There are cats and donkeys on the terrain, very likeable animals.
The landlord was very friendly and helpful all through our stay.
