The Space
Explore the enchantment and charm of Stonehaven Ranch where everyone can come together or enjoy serene solitude. Featuring four luxurious residences, each beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed home offers upgraded amenities, coffee service, comfy beds, fluffy towels, a full array of kitchenware and plenty of space to spread out.

Main House with 4,000 sq. feet: 5 bdr / 3 ba / game room / serving bar / dining table for 8 / full kitchen / wi-fi / smart TV
Cottage: 1 bdr / 1 ba / den with sleeper sofa / full kitchen / wi-fi / smart TV
Carriage House: 2 bdr / 1 ba / kitchenette
Ranch House: 2 bdr / 1 ba / full kitchen/ dining table for 8 / den / wi-fi / smart TV

Our four homes combined have a total of 3 king beds, 5 queen beds, 2 full beds, two twin beds, and a comfy sleeper sofa. The maximum number of overnight guests allowed is 22. To preserve the serenity of this stunning Hill Country gem, events, parties, and day guests are not allowed without prior approval.

The Main House is ideal for entertaining with its recently renovated kitchen, with a professional grade 6-burner gas stove top and electric oven, granite countertops, a serving bar with icemaker, and a game room. Retreat to our lavish bedrooms, each exuding its distinct charm – from French doors to decorative fireplaces, and quaint details that infuse character into every space. The master bedroom is a secluded sanctuary with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom.

Additional accommodations include the Carriage House, a charming guest residence with two bedrooms and a sumptuous bathroom, that comfortably sleeps 4. The cozy Cottage is a delightful one-bedroom haven with a fully screened porch making it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The Ranch House is a two-bedroom gem that provides the utmost privacy and breathtaking Hill Country views from its wrap-around porch.

Stonehaven Ranch provides an array of on-site amenities, including tennis and Pickleball courts, perfect for friendly matches and recreational fun. Guests enjoy lounging by the sparkling pool or challenging friends and family to lively yard games. You’ll also find a covered picnic area, a fire pit that is the perfect place to treat your guests to bubbling s’mores, a propane grill, large ranch-style smoker, and ample outdoor seating. Join us for an unforgettable retreat experience.

Stonehaven Ranch is the perfect location for spectacular star-gazing and wildlife viewing. You might spot Hill Country deer, birds, foxes, and longhorns. Delight in the tranquility of our Butterfly Garden and enjoy our super friendly ranch kitties, Simba and Boo, who will happily greet you upon your arrival.

Guest Access
You are welcome to explore and make use of all common areas, outdoor spaces, and recreational facilities available. However, please note that certain closets on the property are designated for supply storage and are securely locked. For safety reasons, guests are not allowed in the cattle pasture, pump house tower, and tin house.

Events held on the property require special permission from the property manager, with approval based on event type and details. Fees and suitability will be determined. Sorry, Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties are not allowed. Approved events entail additional fees, deposits, and a signed rental agreement. Unauthorized events may incur a $3,000 fine and prompt eviction without a refund, so let's make every celebration memorable and approved!

**Note: The property features a number of security cameras with video recording in progress. These cameras cover the entrance and parking area of the property. No cameras face interior spaces or the pool area.

The property was groomed very nicely with beautiful scenic views. The main home and cottages were updated and very clean. For a home rental that housed 22 guests, the kitchen was a bit small and limited on cool air flow, could use a second handy fridge and larger dining seating area. We like to sit together as a family and break bread. The back porch is lovely space for a small group with ceiling fans. We had fantastic weather in July! Would definitely rent this again.

This is a beautiful property and was super comfortable for our group of friends. Layout and rooms offer lots of privacy for guests as well as spacious communal areas. Just 15 minutes from HEB. Wonderful hosts. Highly recommend.

The property was perfect for our family group of 17. Single son took cottage. 2 couples in Carriage House and Two couples in Ranch House. Hubby and me and 6 grandkids in main house. Ping pong a big hit with our group. Also pool and pickle ball enjoyed as well as horse shoes and ring toss. Youngest daughter brought their 4 square volleyball net and set it up near Carriage house. Kitchen in main house, where we cooked most meals was well stocked. A big plus was the wet bar with ice maker and drink frig. Used propane grill one evening. Worked great. Best part was the Aggie spatula for grill….we have 3 Aggie grads and one Aggie sophomore. Guess the only con would be not enough indoor seating for meal time but we managed. Another round table with 8 chairs would help in game room. There is room to add even with ping pong table. Not impressed with fancy stove but that is preference. Crazy ants in bathrooms and found no bug spray so maybe add that. I always bring extra toilet paper and paper towels but plenty of TP and only used one of our PT but we were also using for napkins. Plenty of trash bags. Plenty of seating around pool. One umbrella was broken. Nice restroom at pool house. Boo and Simba are sweet. Simba is spoiled and we helped. Animal lovers. Can’t say enough about how wonderful the weekend was and how much we enjoyed your home. Highly recommend. Thank you for sharing.

For 14 years a group of women has been getting together one weekend each summer. There are 15+ women and we stay at a different location each year so finding a place can sometimes be difficult. As the planner, Stonehaven made me look like a rockstar. This place was ideal for our gathering and definitely in the top 3 of the places we have stayed. Everyone was so impressed with the whole property. We've run into various glitches at places throughout our years but there was not a single problem all weekend. Everything from cleanliness to the smallest details (awesome shampoo/conditioner/body wash) was great. We always get a private pool (super nice) but the pickleball courts were an added bonus. If we ever decide to go back to a place, we would not hesitate coming back to Stonehaven. Thanks for making this year's Girls' Weekend Getaway memorable.

We rented Stovehaven for a family wedding and it was the perfect retreat when we were there. The pickle ball courts were the most fun and the property was beautiful.

Highly recommend this property for large groups! We used the property for my husbands 40th bday weekend and floated the river. It was a great size for our group and nice to have separate houses to provide space for each couple/family. Highly recommend and will stay here again if back in the area!

We had an amazing long weekend at Stonehaven. There was was plenty of room for the 12 adults and 8 kids that came. It’s close enough to town for grocery runs but far enough to feel like you’re on your own ranch. The private houses made naps east for the little ones.

Very good property. some pros and cons. Pros: large space, nice pool (pool boy on thursdays), nice outdoor area, great smoker, ping pong table, kitchen in main house is far from the rooms so no one wakes up when you are making coffee. the house was clean. check in process was easy. cons: kitchen in main house has very weak oven and even weaker AC (AC was fine the rest of the property). Although communication was prompt, the person I was talking to didn't seem to know the place well, as in I asked about wifi in the cottage house and I was told there wasn't any wifi at the other houses except main but there was. In addition, I recommend putting in bunk beds in one of the rooms in the main house as this house will likely host families with kids. the dining room was unfortunately small for the number of people on the property. Nonetheless, it was a great weekend, the pool was a big hit. the owner was kind enough to mail my nieces insulin that we forgot in the fridge. would recommend knowing the things I know now!

Very happy with our stay! Plenty of space for gathering. Pool was a hit with the kiddos. Simba was really good at sneaking in for treats so if you have cat allergies be aware. Be on the lookout for creepy crawlies if you have small children but that is the nature of being out in the country. Overall we loved our stay!

All 18 people loved the accommodations! It was a true Texas experience. Beautiful, spotless home. Privacy for all, yet lots of common space to gather. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Had multiple families gathered here with kids who were graduating from Texas State. Wish I had found this property years ago because it's simply a fabulous place to get together for a few days. We played pickleball (even at night because the courts are lit), horseshoes, ping-pong, cornhole, swam, and went for walks on the property.

Our family loved that stay. The 4 houses were exactly what we needed. It gave everyone there own personal space to unwind and decompress. Unfortunately it was too chilly for everyone to utilize the pool however we did get a lot of use out of the ping-pong table and the fire pit came in handy. My in-laws loved the large kitchen and huge grill outside. The entire family loved Boo and Simba. They helped us not miss our cats too much. I do recommend purchasing a couple of rolls of paper towels as the one roll that was provided was not enough for 18 adults and 2 children. All in all, an amazing stay and I would highly recommend them.
