"Our trip to Florence was enhanced by our stay at Palazzo Mannaiona Suites. Loved our location as it was a bit out of the craziness of the core but a super short walk when we wanted to be immersed in the Florence energy. Novella welcomed us at the door and made our stay special and warm. She attended to needs we did not know we would need.
We will definitely be back and
stay here again. Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped on the 5th with a wonderfu balcony and views.

"Ordered a triple room expecting two double beds and got two twins shoved together. Host said I was supposed to specify wanting two double beds when reserving but that is why I chose the triple more expensive option with two double beds."

"Very nice place, backing onto the mountain and quiet. Clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Only complaint which is not a great one is that it was too digital - the front door & room key were down for most of a day (creating an hassle because of the lack of onsite staff) and the wifi was down for 2 days, leading to inconvenience. Otherwise good place in a good location."

"This is our second time staying at this property and it was even better than the last. We stayed in the San Nicolo apartment with patio which was a great fit for our family of 3. It’s sunny, bright and nicely updated. The location is close to but outside of the touristy area which we prefer. Super easy to jump on bus if you’d rather not walk. Highly recommend!"
