Soak up the charm of this remodeled vintage modern apartment while sipping coffee on the balcony overlooking the lush garden. With high ceilings, ebony floors, and a gorgeous bathroom, it's no wonder it's been showcased in several design magazines. Located in upscale Pacific Heights.

Located at the rear of the building and on the top floor of my home, enjoy a full one-bedroom apartment all to yourself!
Enjoy the view of greenery from the dining room balcony. Hummingbirds and red-cheeked parrots squawk as they fly overhead to the Presidio.
Gas fireplace in the living room for the chilly months.
The bathroom has a jet tub and towel heater.
The bedroom has a television, closet space, and a comfortable queen bed.
European kitchen, gas stove, Miele dishwasher, Subzero refrigerator.

This is a great Pacific Heights neighborhood with shops and eateries. You can walk to the Presidio or take the nearby bus downtown. You can see a movie at the Vogue Theater on the same block. Pickleball is in the Presidio!
Wash and fold laundry service 1/2 block.
Bus stop 1/2 block. Uber is a great app to have.
Parking: Metered ( Get the APP on the meter) and non-metered Parking

Please note that we are a smoke- and cannabis-free property, both inside and out.

Unique and wonderful

Unique and spacious apartment is filled with light, interesting artwork, and it’s very peaceful at night. We loved staying here. Great coffee and high-end dining nearby. We drove and parking was a bit of work until we figured it out; it’s easier on weekends. Property manager takes good care of everything and is a pleasure to work with. Wonderful and safe neighborhood is delightful for walking.

Wow!

Springer’s Pac Heights home is an absolute gem that goes above and beyond what the listing promises. It’s beautifully designed, incredibly cozy, and offers a peaceful retreat while still being in the heart of the city. The space was impeccably clean, with sumptuous luxury touches throughout, and the ambiance made it feel like a true escape. Springer provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out seamless. Plus, the location is perfect. Highly recommend, and I hope to stay here again someday!

the unit is a Jewel box, elegant, sunny, relaxing, peaceful in the best neighborhood. Next to Michelin star restaurant, fantastic coffee and smoothies across the street, the best interior design shops on Sacramento St, and close to the Presidio for gorgeous hikes. We will be back!
