This property is located in one of the most chaotic and dangerous areas of San Francisco. On our first day driving to the property, we saw couple of homeless people along the street, which made us feel very uneasy. The property is a semi-basement apartment with poor lighting and ventilation. There's no dishwasher, which is inconvenient. Every night, we heard the sound of water being poured upstairs every 10-25 minutes on average, making it impossible to sleep soundly. Street parking was a nightmare; we had to spend a long time every day looking for a parking spot. There were simply no parking spaces near the house, so we had to park our car on a street far away and walk a long distance. We were also constantly worried about our car being stolen or having its windows smashed, so we couldn't sleep peacefully. We will absolutely never stay in this property again, ever!
