"Zum zweiten Mal war für uns im Palazzo Rosenthal wohlfühlen und im Urlaub zu Hause fühlen angesagt. ALLE sind sehr, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer engagiert, kleinste Problemchen schnell zu beheben. Außerdem scheinen unsere Wünsche auf der Stirn gestanden zu haben, denn alles wurde wieder zuvorkommend und „special“ für uns möglich gemacht. "Walter at check in was extremely helpful with orienting us to the hotel, parking, and restaurant options. Our room was well maintained and comfortable, the grounds were impeccably maintained and the restaurant had excellent food. Be aware that the parking lot is a bit removed from the hotel front door. There is a golf cart type vehicle used to transport people and luggage to and from the parking lot. One fault - the address to this location is not as it appears on the instructions as Via...

"Rooms are cleaned and attended to, however, due to poor ventilation there is evidence of black mold in the washroom. Outdoor patio area, not tidy or appealing, glassware left from other guests, several bulbs burnt out on the patio, not attended to as to make it an area a guest would want to visit or hang out at. Front staff, not very knowledgeable of attractions or events to guide a tourist. Breakfast was well stocked and varied. Natural on this place as it does only what is needed...minimum...

"The location was a short walk to the Pompei ruins. The breakfast provided assorted breads, biscuits and baked goods with coffee, tea and juice included. The annex was a short walk away from the main hotel. The parking provided was just in an abandoned field."

"Dirty room, hair on the pillows, shower and bathroom window extremely moldy, the head board for the bed was missing, when opening the door to room with key sounds like being buzzed into a jail cell. Location close to airport. Wouldn’t stay for vacation but for an early 5 am flight sure for the price. But dirty dirty."

We were staying in Italy for a couple of days and luckily chose the perfect place. I didn't know how to work the lights at first, but one of the girls up front came up to my room and showed me, with no complaints. Couldn't ask for better service.
