"Our stay exceeded expectation for us. ASAI spa packages were easy to book online before arriving. Kids were able to dine at the ASAI restaurant while mama was off to a pamper. Private pool was well used also late night and early morning dips. Villa was just beautiful. The lay out is exactly ilike the photos online. Staff so kind and respectful. Love love love. When kids say the love something you know its honest truth. "

"The interior and exterior of the villa were exactly as shown in the photos. The furniture was a bit outdated, but everything was in good condition. However, the kitchen utensils provided seemed quite old and might need to be replaced. When I first entered the villa, there was a slight musty smell, which was a bit uncomfortable, but after a day, it seemed to fade. I was able to request anything I needed from the villa’s butler, and the service of having breakfast made and cleaned up at the villa...

"Excellent Resort and service. We were upgraded during check-in with amazing hospitality. The villa s are fantastic, have everything inside and small outdoor pool is a big plus. Fourseasons Bali at an amazing location in the Jimbaran Bay, very well maintained resort in the heart of nature, beach and sea. Neighbourhood is developing but not distracting...Somewhat limited evening alacarte dining options which directed us to go for local restaurants by the beach turned out to be an amazing fish food...

"바로 옆에 중학교있어서 아침에 시끄럽고 밤중에 원숭인가 뭔가가 뛰어다닙니다. 빌라라기 보다는 공유 숙소가 맞고 화장실 배치도 이상하며 바닥은 매우 미끄럽습니다. 공유거실 공유주방 방만 개인공간입니다. 다른 사람과 어울리기 위해서 가면 좋은데 연인끼리 가기엔 매우 안좋습니다. "

"取引先から近く利便性と料金で選びました。古き良き雰囲気で清潔、スタッフも感じが良くビーチ付き。広い敷地は散歩にはちょうど良く、快適に過ごしました。夜はエアコンを消して眠れます。（施設全体のエアコンが稼働しているのか？、部屋のエアコンを消してもそれなりに涼しい）朝のガムラン生演奏や朝焼けのプライベートビーチに癒されます。タクシーはアプリを使うと、来ない・捕まらない、という事は無く、日本と違ってコンビニやスーパーは途中で寄ってもらえるので歩き回る不便さは感じず。目的や楽しみ方、シーズンによるのかもしれませんが、コスパが良く満足でした。夜に突然聞こえてくる爆音の音楽だけが残念で不思議。あれは誰用なんだろう…。"

"From the Front counter, restaurant to housekeeping staff were friendly and very helpful at all times they have a free option to take you for your food shopping, Jimbaran beach etc..I believe that was a good touch to the already great service. "Excellent place. Very stylish and spacious. Excellent customer service. Near the beach (5 min walk) where you can find fabulous simple eateries on the beach to get best red snapper or rice dishes. Very good massage salon across the street. If you want to sunbathe ask for sun facing villa. "

"There’s no place quite like this hotel. I’ve stayed here twice and would stay here every time I go to Bali because it’s so amazing. The unique rooms, the amazing staff, the incredible pools the beautiful Resturant. it all works so well. Jimbaran is a fast paced area, but a great location and the property is tucked back in the most beautiful location. I almost don’t wanna recommend this hidden gem."

"Staff were great. Overall of our room was nice.Just that when booking we didn't realize the bathroom was connected to the outdoor with no doors. So be prepared to see quite a bit of bugs roaming in your bathroom. "
