"Quite basic accommodation but nice enough, does the job. Clean and friendly staff. Pool was lovely. Internet access was mostly good although did cut out one morning but back up by the evening."

"The property is PERFECT. The staff if the nicest I ever met, they always call you by your name and keep in mind your prefferences. Everything is good, but the food and beverages are too expensive for my taste, since the stay is expensive too. "

"From the moment of our arrival we were greeted with a smile. A wonderfully private villa but when we needed assistance we received care within minutes.
The pool was clean as well as the whole property and adorned with plants. Cleaning and laundry service are excellent. Groceries restaurants and a small mall are nearby.
We look forward to our next stay. "

"Some family members had told me the resort had aged badly and that it needed an urgent update, the update is probably necessary but it is the F&B that needs an urgent upgrade. "From the Front counter, restaurant to housekeeping staff were friendly and very helpful at all times they have a free option to take you for your food shopping, Jimbaran beach etc..I believe that was a good touch to the already great service. The Villa is fantastic modern, vert tidy and the pool was always cleaned by staff everyday very private and spacious. "This is a very nice property. The villa is top notch, they spared no expense making it nice. Right across the street from restaurants and shopping options.
There was some construction in the area, but no noise in the evenings or early morning.
Great communication from the team, highly recommended for your stay."

The service on the other hand is fabulous, flawless and warm and welcoming. The WhatsApp communication with the hotel is absolutely perfect.
We had a very special villa the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with small kitchen. Ok the fixtures in the bathroom are not premium, the indoor shower has the wall in waterproof paint like a road Motel 6 or a 3.5 star Four Points by Sheraton…. Not acceptable …. Not at the HUGE rate we paid.
But the tropical hardwood floors, the size of the rooms and the sheer perfection of the infinity pool over the bay and dominating the airport… was absolutely unique.
