"States quite clearly, the room would be ready at 3pm, however because our flight was early we arrived at 11am, hoping a room be made available but not to be, we were told 3pm. Had a bit of lunch wandered around, came back around 3pm, the receptionist asked my name again & said the room was still not ready, come back 4pm., We returned at 4pm, the same receptionist asked my name for the third tiime … & the room was still not ready, we eventually got in at 4.30,. Great place but a shocking...

"Second time here. Much busier than last visit. Reception very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very nice with plenty of offerings. Had buffet dinner on last night for €60 for 2 people with 1 drink each. We ordered a bottle of wine and asked how much extra we had to pay and the head waiter said he wouldn’t charge us any extra which I thought was a really nice touch and very customer focussed. "Our stay was in an older, 2-storey motel-type building surrounded by villas. All suites in our building faced the ocean, and the beach boardwalk was a few steps away. Our suite had a kitchenette and was large with stunning, direct views of the ocean and nearby rocks from the large balcony. Enjoyed it immensely.
